At Ingenique, ESG is not a checklist — it is who we are. To make our Environmental, Social, and Governance commitments more personal, visible, and fun, we brought the entire team from different regions together for a meaningful palm-printing activity that transformed plain organic cotton T-shirts into unique symbols of shared responsibility across all three pillars of ESG.
In a relaxed and creative atmosphere, colleagues dipped their hands in eco-friendly, non-toxic paint and pressed their palm prints onto the shirts. Around each colourful handprint, everyone wrote a personal pledge that reflects the full spectrum of ESG values — from protecting the environment and caring for people to upholding integrity, transparency, and good governance.
The messages that emerged were diverse, powerful, and deeply human:

These pledges speak to environmental stewardship, social inclusion and well-being, ethical decision-making, and the courage to hold ourselves accountable every day.
More than a creative team-building exercise, the activity gave every participant the chance to literally leave their mark on the values we live by.
One colleague shared: “Seeing handprints from every department and every level of the company, each with its own message, reminded me that ESG isn’t something ‘they’ do at the top — it’s something all of us own. My shirt with ‘Walk the talk’ is now my favourite Monday motivator.”
This palm-printing event is one of the many ways we continue weaving Environmental, Social, and Governance principles into the fabric of Ingenique’s culture — from lowering our environmental footprint and fostering an inclusive workplace to strengthening ethical governance and transparent reporting.
We are incredibly proud of these colourful, commitment-filled T-shirts brightening our workplace, and even prouder of the passion and ownership our people have shown.
